When replacement may be needed

A slow leak needs diagnosing too
Tell us whether the tyre loses air gradually or deflates quickly. Valve issues and tyre damage can require different work. Do not assume that adding air repeatedly has solved the underlying problem.
What to do before the visit
- Avoid driving on a flat tyre.
- Leave an embedded object in place for assessment rather than trying to pull it out.
- Have the registration and locking wheel nut key available.
- Tell us if sealant has been used or the tyre has been driven while deflated.
