Once you are in a safe place
Call with the precise location, vehicle registration and which wheel is affected. Tell us whether the tyre failed suddenly, whether you have a spare and whether the locking wheel nut key is available.
Do not put yourself at risk for a tyre size
The size is useful, but you should only read it if the vehicle is safely positioned and you can see the sidewall without exposure to traffic. Explain if you cannot check it.
Tyre work needs a suitable location
The team needs to assess access and the working position. A road name alone is not enough: share a junction, direction of travel or a precise pin, and say whether the vehicle is in traffic or parked clear of it.
At home or work?
