Help for the tyre problem in front of you
A sudden blowout, a tyre that will not hold air or a damaged tyre with no spare can leave the vehicle unable to continue. Explain what happened and whether you have driven after it lost pressure. We will discuss the safe next step and suitable tyre availability.
What happens when you call?
We ask where you are first, then check the registration, tyre size and whether the wheel can be removed. Mention a missing locking wheel nut key immediately. We confirm the available options, quote and arrival estimate before arranging attendance.
Day and night call-outs
Emergency tyre call-outs are offered 24 hours a day, seven days a week by Fuel Drain Scotland. We aim to reach customers in 30–60 minutes, subject to traffic, location and availability. This is not a guaranteed arrival time. Safe access and suitable tyres must be confirmed before attendance.
What if the tyre cannot be repaired?
We can discuss a suitable replacement or fitting a usable spare. A badly damaged tyre needs inspection, and a safe roadside working position is essential before work starts. Read about mobile fitting and replacement.
